Perfect for weddings, milestone celebrations, or family reunions.
Enjoy exclusive access from 10am–10pm to our stunning park-like venue, including all seating, tables, restrooms, lighted walkways, and bonfire areas. The space includes setup and takedown time, plus a bar and refrigerator for your use.

Weekday Evening Event (4 Hours)
An ideal weekday option for intimate gatherings or corporate events.
Host a beautiful evening celebration in our covered areas with access to the grounds and walking paths. Great for birthday parties, showers, team events, and more.

A full weekend for unforgettable weddings or large events.
Get full access from Friday afternoon to Sunday noon. This all-inclusive option allows for decorating, rehearsal, and time to enjoy every moment. Includes all amenities and is perfect for weddings or multi-day gatherings.

Ensure everything runs smoothly on your big day with the help of a dedicated Bella Vista host. (Please inquire for availability and pricing.)

Extra Hour (11PM Tear Down Buffer).

While your event must end by 10PM, an extra hour is included until 11PM to allow for tear down and final cleanup.

Banquet Permit Support

Planning to serve alcohol? Per Washington State law, renters are required to obtain a banquet permit ($10) through the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB). We can provide guidance on the process.

Outside Vendors Welcome
We know that every event is unique, and we’re happy to give you the freedom to choose the vendors that best fit your vision.
Bring Your Own:
You're welcome to bring in your own caterers, bartenders, DJs, florists, coordinators, and more. We love seeing how each event reflects the creativity and culture of our guests.
***Please note: If you plan to serve alcohol, you’ll need to secure a Washington State Banquet Permit ($10).
Vendor Guidelines:
To help keep Bella Vista Farm safe, clean, and running smoothly for everyone, we ask that all vendors:

Follow all setup/teardown timeframes outlined in your contract

Clean up their materials and dispose of trash properly (trash bags and an on-site dumpster are provided)

Use only designated parking and not block any driveways or farm roads
-
Respect the natural landscape and structures on the property
